Shipping Policy
At this time, Nora Mill Granary ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii. We do not ship to PO Boxes in the US. Additionally, Nora Mill Granary does not ship merchandise to any international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Return & Exchange Policy
To return a product, within 14 days of purchase, contact us by email or phone with the issue before sending the item back. We will provide instructions to return the product to Nora Mill Granary. Items must be in original packaging with the original code. Please include proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless the error is on our part.
